SMS & Messaging Policy

How text messaging works on Aqvori

Aqvori, operated by Pontos Platforms LLC, is a client-management platform used by professional firms to run their client engagements. This page describes the SMS program end to end: who receives messages, how consent is collected, what the messages contain, and how to stop them. Last updated: June 2026.

1. The program

Firms using Aqvori can send transactional, account-related text messages to their own clients — and only to clients who have explicitly opted in. Message types are limited to: portal login verification codes, appointment and meeting reminders, case or project status updates, document requests, and meeting confirmations. No marketing, promotional, or advertising messages are sent. Mobile numbers and opt-in data are never shared with, sold to, or traded with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes — see our Privacy Policy.

2. How clients opt in

  1. A firm invites its client to the private, secure Aqvori client portal.
  2. On first login — before any SMS is sent — the portal presents a standalone Communication Consent screen. SMS consent is unchecked by default.
  3. To receive text messages, the client must actively check the SMS consent box shown below. The date, time, and source of consent are recorded.
  4. After opting in, the client receives a one-time confirmation message (sample in section 3).

Consent can be withdrawn at any time, either by unchecking the box in portal settings or by replying STOP to any message.
